Background Information

The founder was born and raised in the Republic of Mali in West Africa, where she experienced first hand what it feels like being an orphan in that part of the world.  Later, she attended college in Russia, and her life adventure took her to the United States.  Her dream to help Malian orphans, led her to earning an MBA in Non Profit Organization Management from the George Washington University, and founding A Child For All-ACFA.  The organization incorporated in 2008, and is currently fundraising and seeking seeds funds to implement its programs.

Vision

Our vision is: A Mali where all children are protected, safe, healthy, well-nourished, provided a home or shelter, and can become who they want to be.

Mission

ACFA's mission is to ensure a brighter future for Mali's vulnerable children through providing nutritious food, health care, safe shelter and education.

Goal

Our current goals are two folds:

Short term goal: GOAL ATTAINED-ABOVE AND BEYOND

We initally intended to raise enough funds to rent a house of the vulnerable children.  Instead, thanks to donors like yourself, a house has been donated to us, hence we don't need to spend our scarce financial resources on rent. WE OPENED DOORS TO MALIAN VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN JUNE 2010.  Our staff and volunteers are working extremely hard to help the children currently at ACFA-Mali.

Long term goal:  Our current location is small and can only support about 30 children.  In the long term we would raise enough funds to build a bigger place for the children.
